Model Journey
Automatic and it's awd
250,000 in km
I heard the sound about a year-and-a-half ago and it's been getting worse over time.
On flat surfaces it's fine in most cases if I do not pass 3 on the rpm. On an incline going up to about 80 and upwards. It sounds like a thrush muffler then after it reaches the max speed on the highway at 100 the sound goes away. If I have a trailer on the back then I would hear the sound continuously and obviously a void. I took it to a local mechanic while I was getting my brakes changed and he did not find anything plugged, also had it checked when it first happened same thing by a different local mechanic.
Any help would be nice the sound is starting to drive me nuts.
Can you please make a YouTube video of the noise & post the link here?
