Mustang vs Solara vs Mazda

Hello there,

I'm buying one of 3 used cars and am wondering about you think would be the best choice, and what I should be on the lookout for repair wise. I usually work outside the country on contracts so I don't normally have a car while I'm home. It's a possibility I'd have to turn around and sell it if I am un-furloughed. Please assist.

2008 Mustang V6 - 160,000 Miles, Automatic (6,000$)
2005 Toyota Solara - 140,000 Miles, Automatic (3700$)
2014 Mazda CX-5 - 140,000 Automatic (6000$)

Best Regards

Thank you very much, I appreciate it.

CX-5 is actually a pretty good medium SUV, … probably best handling one, too. But, … you have to have it checked over rather throughly by a good independent mechanic.

CX-5 is an awesome vehicle but my god is that a lot of miles. Still, if a mechanic says the engine and transmission are in good shape, go ahead and buy it. the v6 mustang could be OK but I PERSONALLY don't like it. The Solara is basically a Camry but the issue  the engines burn a ton of oil I have personal experience from a friend of mine. That's a good price on such a good vehicle for the cx-5 to be honest.
