My car doesn’t have the battery in an my key ignition is stuck on accessory setting an won’t turn to the off settings is it OK to put my car battery in while the ignition is in Accessory setting?

Is the transmission in park? Did you try turning the steering wheel back and forth while you pull on the key?
Yes it’s in park an yes I’ve tried turning the wheel as well
yeah it should be fine.
