Hey Scotty I am 17 years old I just bought my first car it's a Toyota corolla 2005 manual driven 60,000 km for $3000 CAD do you think it was a good purchase? I bought the car from an older man. Are there any things I should do to the car because it will be my daily driver.

Fortunately, it doesn't have the auto trans or cam belt worries, but you should look at/have a mechanic look at the brake pads, hoses, belts, tires. You might want to check how old the battery is - there should be a date code on it.
For the rest, you can download the user's manual from Toyota's web site - it will give you the recommended maintenance schedule.
