My mothers 2010 corrolla stopped working over night and its at mechanics and they still don't know why , all the electrics are fine and they think the engine is broke and their is no sign of any smoke or that it may have burned the engin is alumin...

Please provide more details. "Doesn't work" isn't enough to be able to help you. What are the symptoms? Does it start? etc.

Any diagnostic codes? That kind of sudden failure is much more frequently caused by a bad fuel pump or crank sensor than by a "broke" engine. It sounds like you need a different mechanic.
