Hello I have a 2015 jeep cherokee latitude it
Only has 89000 miles on it v6 3.2 they said it was leaking oil from the oil filter housing
Its common problem with these motors that people should be aware. I was not aware that was a common problem.
My motor they told me was shot. Not even payed for what could i do to help my situation?
Those particular vehicles are not known for longevity. Transmission problems actually top the list.

What criteria are "they" (whoever "they" are) using to determine that your engine is shot? Was it damaged due to the oil filter housing leak? Does it have poor compression? Does it have a rod knock? Is it burning a lot of oil?
Hello. It was leaking oil from the housing. They have done compression test it has loss compression. The oil is milky looking. Just
Get a compression test to see if it's really shot.

Sounds like a possible blown head gasket, maybe worn piston rings depending on whether compression is being lost through the gasket. Cracked cylinder head or block are possibilities as well. Was it ever overheated?
If coolant is getting into the oil continuing to drive it will destroy the engine bearings, but that engine may be toast anyway.
