Hi my Prius is not running smoothly as I get it diagnosed at the Toyota centre they diagnosed and told me that they checked the EGR is clogged and it will take NZ $950 to clean but that's 1st step if it doesn't work they will then move on to the other step then.
As I have cleaned my valves as I saw your videos on YouTube about cleaning valves with the CRC valve & turbo cleaner & MAF sensor with the sensor cleaner but the problem hasn't gone.
And as my car is Toyota Prius 2011 automatic 1800cc it had done 149000kms approx and I bought it at 100000kms and hadn't serviced my transmission yet.
Can it be a problem with the transmission ? does other Prius owners have a problem like that ?

You don't have that many miles on the car and I doubt that the transmission is bad. I would take the car to an independent honest mechanic for diagnosis. By the way, do you have any CEL?
