My Radiator fan on my 1993 mazda miata doesn't come on, on the driver side unless the ac is turned on in the car. Car doesn't sense it is overheating and stays in operating temp.

Does your car have just a single fan or dual ?   Your going to have to dig up a wiring diagram for the cooling fans see how it is wired up. Its possible it has dual relays one for AC and other for temp control.  Before guessing find and study the diagram then proceed from there.

Its a dual fan and thank you!

Its possible the non-working fan is stuck even though its commanded or switched on. If you can you can gently tap that fan on the motor shell with a soft mallet not hard but tap. Then run the car and see if the fan works.... to stop the temp rising too much just put the interior car fan on maxx to let the engine shed heat. But if the fan does not work their should be two wires that go to each fan ..one being 12v and the other ground. You should put a test light on the 12 v wire to see if the circuit works. its important that the ground is properly also. Search for a wiring diagram for your car on the internet. I wouls post one here but I am not quite sure HOW to on this site even though I have posted images on other sites - sorry bout that...
