[Solved] My radio on my 89 Camaro doesn't receive continuous power anymore.

The radio is still functional but the clock resets every time I turn the key off. My multimeter shows that the contiguous power cable doesn't give power anymore. Is there a way to find out where the cable or the connection is damaged without having to remove the whole dashboard?

Providing that clock isn't controlled by a computer at that age, you'd probably be better off just running a new wire straight off the battery to that pin, and putting a fuse in the line that is the same amperage that the fuse box has on the clock line.

Get into your fuse box and look for a blown fuse or corrosion and bad contacts.  A lot of electrical gremlins can appear in a 32 year old vehicle.  Fortunately, they are easy to figure out, relatively speaking.
