Hey Scotty, so I have a 2015 Ford f550 tow truck with a v10 6.8 liter gas engine with 280,000 miles on it The problem that I have with it is that every morning when I try to start it up or when I let the truck sit for like 30 minutes or more so when I try to start it up the truck turns over for around 3-4 seconds then it starts and when it does start it creates a misfire on cylinder number 8 and the check engine light that I have only shows the misfire doesn’t show anything else, I have changed the battery the starter the fuel pump all the coils and plugs but the truck still does the same thing, please help, thank you.
Clarification: So, only a P0308 code shows up?

Check the cylinder 8 fuel injector for clogging.
