Hi Scotty i have a small 2004 ford explorer 4.o just under 200 thousand miles some. Tried to steal it and they tried to hot wire it the cut the pig tail wire to the immobilizer i got the new pigtail wire sent it to a car electrician the re wired it but said it still wont start the said it has some thing to do with the computer in the truck what should i do

Well if I cut wires and wires were alive it could have shorted the computer out but I would take it to a Ford mechanic who's an expert on electronics perhaps the guy just didn't fix the wiring right or a module went out and not
