Garage washed engine without my consent following a timing belt job and now Honda dealer states car needs new abs module at $1700.00 because of liquid in the connectors. Honda diagnostics erased many codes but couldn't erase U0121.

Get the money for the repairs from the garage that washed your engine. If they don't pay the repair costs, small claims court. Have all your work orders and receipts in order. If you don't have them, you are SOL.

you would need photos of water in the connectors
I ha a diagnostic estimate from Honda indicating that liquid was found in computer connections with following code U0122
So what is the question?
