Hello Scotty,
I recently heard about a device called a Neosocket that is claimed to be great for fuel economy. It sounds like a scam, but I wonder if you have ever heard of it and what you thought about it?

Of course it's a scam. It doesn't matter what they call the stupid thing, there is no reasonable expectation that any such device would do anything except possibly damage your vehicle's electrical system.
