My 2007,Ford Mustang,v6 4.0,178Kmiles. My obd scanners (3) read "no codes", and my mechanic friend says I need a new computer. (My ABS, Brake lights are on) Is the computer he mentions the one next to the engine bay fuse box? Any other advice? TY

It's likely the ECM. It is located under the hood on the passenger side. It is a metallic box, slightly triangular in shape and will have a 4 letter ECU code marked on the side.
