Hello,
I just got a brand new 2020 Lexus IS300. After only 2 months, I notice the car jerks forward when it first starts to move. It's feels like when you depress the clutch too quickly on manual transmission.
This does not happen when I first got it. Also, this only happens when the car is starting from cold or switch from reverse to drive (sometimes only). Doesn't happen when I'm already driving for a while and hit a stop sign or red light. Any idea why this happens?

First film it with the phone then take it to the dealer and demand they fix it they should not act like that those are luxury cars couldn't need reprogramming. Tell them Scotty sent you they know who I am
