Hey Scotty, I recently bought a 2022 Nissan Sentra Sr midnight edition and was wondering your thoughts on it. I have put 4600 Miles on it and everything seems fine on it so far.

At that price I would have bought a Corolla or Civic. At 4600 miles everything should be fine but what matters is longer term reliability which I very much doubt about the Nissan.

Also want to add that the used car market is still crazy so see what you can get for the Nissan (I'm seeing used ones being sold at the msrp of new at the very least) get rid of it and buy a Corolla or Civic instead.

  1. Well I wish you the best of luck but realize there is no way it would last as long as a Toyota or Honda.  Make sure to stay on top of all the maintenance,  especially the cvt if that's what you have. The cvt is the weakest link.

Not a fan of it, I wouldn’t have gotten it to begin with.  Don’t expect it to be trouble free beyond the warranty period.
