Newly replaced Alternator but having some other electrical issues

Hi there! So I just had my alternator replaced because the old one died. Volt meter showed everything was fine, however, when I got home and turned my signal light there was a rattling noise before the it turned on. SO I tried to turn on the hazard lights and I heard the same rattling noise. So I parked and turned off the engine and visually checked under the hood, but everything look normal and there was no burning smell that might have been caused by overheating electrical wires.

So I went back inside my car and turned the key to "ON", normally this would make the car's electricals to turn on right? Not in my case. The dashboard wasn't lighting up, the turn signals don't work, power window, radio, etc., but the the head lights work. I then turned on the engine, and it started right up with no issues, but everything inside the cabin still doesn't light up including the turn signals. BUT when I revved the engine everything I mentioned now works.

Car is a Toyota Belta/Yaris/Vios 2003. Do you have any ideas? Thanks in advance!

I would start with load test the battery and alternator. Weak battery can do this as well.

My mechanic load tested the battery and the alternator after replacing it in front me of me and it read 13-14 volts.

Are you sure you got a good alternator? Was it brand new or remanufactured by professionals?

Is all the wiring connected properly?
