I have a 2012 Nissan Altima with 77,000 miles with the 2.4 4 cylinder engine. I have a ticking sound coming form the engine when is cold, but after it warms up or drive it out 2 or 3 miles it goes away. Could this be a lifter and push rod? Thanks

You mean 2.5L? That's not a pushrod engine.
it should not tick for 3 miles. Try an oil + filter change and see if it goes away.

Ticking is most commonly top end but as long as the oil is full I wouldn’t worry. It takes some time for oil to circulate and warm up to get into all the oil passages
