i have a nissan 1993 4cyl d21, i get 9 miles to the gal. i was getting 22 or so, i only drive about 250 miles a month. i have done a full tune up, 02 senser, fuel pressure reg, air cleaner. clean out the cat converter. still not hardly any change in milage. truck start up fine, no bogging runs great. i bout fuel inj. but did not install them yet. do you have any ideas about this problem.....

Just about anything can be wrong with a vehicle over 3 decades old. Are you sure you don't have a gasoline leak somewhere in the fuel system? If the engine is actually being fed that much excess fuel it should show up on the spark plugs and in the exhaust system, and probably as oil dilution as well.
