Hello!

Just curious to know if alternators from Nissan Altima model years 2008-2010 would fit on an 07 Altima.

Thanks!

engine?

2.5 SL. I was thinking any Altima in the same generation would be fine. It's because I'm going to a pull apart to avoid spending $300 on an alternator. For 100 bucks I can get an alternator, ac compressor and 02 sensor from pull apart. If the parts don't work they give store credit and I can keep trying until I find parts that do work.

Ahhh short answer is no? If it's a different generation or even engine option then it won't work. Why not get the 2007 alternator as there should be plenty laying around?

The 4th Gen Altima covered model years 2007-2012 for sedan and 2008-2013 for coupe, with 2 engine options 2.5L I4 and 3.5L V6.

Good to know!

Yes. I looked up the part numbers for 2007 and 2010 Altima alternators on a parts website, they are the same. If I can do it, you can do it.

It's not worth going to the junkyard for alternators. get a new one.

Too late. I got 2 alternators for 1/5 the price of even a refurbished alternator from advance auto or auto zone.

They work. That's all that matters to me lol. Thanks anyway everyone!

of course they work, or they wouldn't be installed in a car. But for how long ...

Yes, believe it or not it will fit your 2007, right up to 2011.
