Hey Scotty
My father-n-law bought a 2017 Pacifica Limited new. Has V6 with 9 speed trans and is now at 60,000 miles. My dad always taught me to change transmission fluid and filter every 50,000 miles on any car or truck we've had but this thing doesn't even have a dip stick and they say its sealed. So how would i go about changing the fluid? This van gets very severe use, driving in town making lots of stops and mostly shifting 1 to 2nd gear going from 0 to 25 mph for hours on end. Maybe 25% of the time on the interstate for long trips of 2 or more hours. It tows maybe 1500 to 2000 Lb. several times a month as well. i very much want to change the fluid to keep it working fine.
See below: That vehicle uses the ZF 9-speed (948TE) also used in the Chrysler 200 (video within link below is for 200 but also applies to the Pacifica; do drain and fill only (change/service filter if applicable); also you want to add the same amount of fluid that is drained out)

Those transmissions were weak so I would actually drain and fill (service filter if applicable) no more than every 30,000 miles. And baby that transmission to get more life out of it.
Yep on the 9ZF if you change your fluid once every 50,000miles that probably will be the only time you’ll have to opportunity to change it. 👀
I’d change the fluid with the OEM one (doesn’t have to be Chrysler labeled, I think they use ZF LIFEGUARD fluid)
Also I remember that most Chrysler200 used the 9ZF28 and not 48…
