Hi Scotty, I purchased a used 2020 Chrysler Pacifica with about 68,000 miles. It now has 75,000 miles, and I don't have any record of transmission fluid changes. So far as I can tell no fluid is leaking, and shifting feels normal, with perhaps an occasional hard shift. Is it too late to drain and replace the fluid? Will that cause more problems than it will prevent?
