I have a Nissan Rogue 2010 SL, with 150,000k miles I’m doing a transmission swap and bought another transmission. The problem is I bought the transmission without checking it and the transmission connector ( CVT transmission connector CVT male 22pin) was broken 🙁 the guy I bought it from did not want to give me my money back Even though it had warranty. How do you replace that connector? I’m planning on swapping the old connector to the new one:) I just don’t know how to. It’s a cvt automatic transmission.
I am surprised that your Nissan Rogue has gone that long with that transmission. Replacing a CVT transmission is very complex. You need an expert who knows how to work on CVT transmissions. Do not send it to the Nissan dealer cause they will charge you thousands of dollars.
If your capable it’s not that serious just drop the pan and it’s a short harness from the valve body to the connector on e side of the cvt case it’s pretty easy
