Nissan rouge 2018 climate control not working along with speedometer, back cam and steering assist ,took blower motor out and put it back in could this short out a fuse or something? Please help

Well of course check your fuses but if you didn't disconnect the battery when you took the blower motor out, you could have shorted it out. Wiring that would have destroyed the dash module since many of the things that don't work are part of the dash. Always disconnect the battery when working on electronics
