Hi Scotty,
I have a 2012 Nissan Titan 4x4 5.6L V8 w/ 137,000k, I have owned since new. I was thinking about changing out the spark plugs and coil packs (they are still original from factory). I haven't had any issues with misfiring or anything yet, but I like to keep up with preventive maintenance. Should I go ahead and change them out or let them go? I would replace plugs with NGK Iridium IX and coils with Hitachi IGC0001. Thanks for your time 😉

I would absolutely replace the plugs but not the coil packs as they are working properly.
