No acceleration

I have a 2013 infiniti jx35 auto trans 3.5 motor 180k miles. I just had  my battery and alternator replaced. But the same thing is happening.  I start my car and it starts right up, but I hear a small whine for about 30 seconds to a minute.  Then when I put it in gear I have no acceleration. This started yesterday after having my car back for over a week. Today same thing, but now it says no key detected and when I put key next to the start button it was like the brand new battery was dead. I need help due this being my only car. Thank you in advance

If the engine revs up but you get no acceleration that would indicate your transmission (Jatco CVT) has died on you. Those are terrible transmissions known for catastrophic failure. (The only surprise there would be that it lasted 180K miles.) Has it been serviced regularly?) If the CVT has gone bad it is time to shop for a replacement car as cost of repair would likely equal or exceed the vehicle's value.

On the other hand if the engine is bogging down it could be number of things such as low fuel pressure, worn spark plugs, clogged filters, or clogged catalytic converter. Check for those common issues. Additionally it would be a good idea to perform a diagnostic scan for codes and live data.

Your battery and key issue sounds like a separate problem which really should be addressed in detail in its own topic. It would not be unusual at all for a new battery and/or alternator to be defective, they need to be tested.
