Misfire with No check engine light on 2003 Buick LeSabre

should I be concerned regarding a misfire with no check engine light. The obd2 has a code of P0300 and P0174. I have a 2003 Buick Lesabre with 220000 miles. thanks

Misfires can damage catalytic converters over time and are not good for your engine overall. P0174 indicates a lean condition in cylinder bank 2. There are a number of possible causes but on a car that old vacuum leaks are a distinct possibility. The links below and Scotty's video point out some other potential causes.
