Yes 2008 Toyota Highlander have power to the horn power to the headlights no power to the push start or to the dash at all also both the keyless entry remotes do not work have checked fuses and and fusible links have power going through but nothing into the vehicle when you put your phone on the brake and push the push button it does absolutely nothing no lights come on nothing happens

have you tried a spare key?

It's all computer controlled. If fuses and relays are OK the pushbutton starter system needs to be diagnosed with a high-end bidirectional scan tool.
