Noise after working on alternator/suspensioin

Okay guys,

I got in a little over my head with the alternator job on my 2004 Mazda 6 3.0 V6.  I had to disconnect the following:

Passenger Side CV Axle

Upper Ball Joint

Outer Tie Rod End

Wishbone Pin Bolt

Sway Bar Linkage

Serpentine Belt

Like an idiot I accidentally separated the CV joint.  I packed it with the proper grease, put the 3 bearings back and sealed up up with a stainless steel zip tie.

Now there's a noise that happens when driving down the road(especially if bumpy) or if I turn left slightly.  It does not sound like a typical CV joint issue.  It sounds like someone is taking a small hammer and tapping on the subframe.

I must have messed up the CV axle?  Is there any other possibility?

What do you all think?

Thank you!!!!

Just double check all the bolts you touched and make sure nothing is hitting
