I drive a Renault Megane Coupe Cabriolet (2010) with a Diesel Engine and Semi-Automatic Gearbox, and I have strange metallic grinding/growling sounds as well as vibrations in 3rd and 4th gear, Gears 1, 2, 5 and 6 are completely unaffected.
This problem is only present in-gear, and also persists in Semi-Automatic Mode as well as fully automatic.
What could be the cause of this type of sound?
I don't have any loss in power, fuel economy is still good, car doesn't slip gears, some shift hesitation.
Anyone have any ideas?

Well, basically those gears are wearing out and they're vibrant. When you get out of those gears, they're not being used anymore. The friends don't make such hot vehicles over time
