I have a 2005 V8  4.7 Dodge Durango SLT , i recently had the fuel pump replace and every since then I've been hearing a random humming sound coming from under the truck' and a smell of fuel' I Initially  thought it was the muffler ' but now im not sure' So I replaced the Carbon Canister and the Smog detection pump' thinking that may be the culprit ' but its still doing making the Noise '  I remember during the replacement the mechanic' broke a   quick connect hose right near the transfer case' he repaired it with some JB weld , i don't know if this is a vacuum hose or not' but im guessing it is ,  there is no performance problem just a small smell of Fuel and that annoying random intermittence humming noise ' can you shed some light of what this could be ?    im thinking That Hose but i am not sure ..Ps i am getting a PO 499 code and a  PO420 code

Well the noise is probably just a cheaper pump that will make noise. But if you smell stuff and he fix some kind of line with JB well that's insane. That line would have to be replaced. You can't repair pressure fuel lines jb. Well that's insane. It's just an epoxy

Emission problems out if this world

I have replaced all of these parts but still having issues

#1 Evap purge under the hood has been replaced ''
#2 Evap leak detection pump'' has been replaced ''
#3 Evap canister has been replaced ''
#4 brand new Fuel cap

These are the codes im getting

499 Natural vacumme leak' canister vent val' solenoid high voltage
455 evaporative emission control EVAP system large leak
457 loose fuel cap -----------This is not true the cap is new
420 catalyst system efficiency below threshold Cylinder bank 1

There maybe a vacuum hose issue ' not a fuel line issue 'but im not sure what this vacuum line is called, the line is on the driver side on the left side of the tank 'plastic quick connect dry rotted and broke ..i need to know what this line is called in order 'to order it
