Hello, I have a 2013 Hyundai Elantra GLS model. At a siting position when I press on my gas and at about 1500- 2500 rpm I hear a scrapping noise almost like metal on the concrete. I’ve had breaks replaced and have even had my sister sit in the car and rev it while I listen for the noise. I hear it more under the car but can’t seem to figure it out. Please help thank you !
It makes the noise in drive, park or both?

Check to see that one of your belts isn't hitting a loose fan shroud.
