everyday driving car runs fine going up a non paved road like a gravel driveway tends to go above normal temperature any reason why and how can I solve this issue

gravel roads are rougher than paved roads, so they are harder on the powertrain. Nothing you can do about that, and as long as the car cools back down, then you don't need to do anything.

 

Just make sure your cooling system is in good shape by following Scotty's advice.
