The OBD port on my 03 chevy suburban is not communicating with my scanner. I've tried 2 different scanners and while they charge and power on, they aren't able to get any data and I instead get an error message. The check engine light is on and the acceleration is a bit slow. Is this due to a bad fuse? Is it a bad ECM? I'm at a lost

Have you checked the diagnostic port grounds? There are two of them.
