I own a 2001 Lexus ES300 Automatic with about 235,321 miles. The OD works sometimes and other times it does not kick in and seems not to down shift when floor boarded. Code only about Bank one sensor.

If it doesn't down shift properly when floored, you have transmission problems. How many fluid and filter changes in 235K miles?
