Hi Scotty I am looking for an ODB2 scanner that can detect if my lightbulbs are out (turn signal, brake light, headlight,etc). I’ve seen another YouTube video where this guy used Smart Car ODB2 scanner but it cost $500. Is there something under $200 that can do this and a lot more like testing your battery health or other car health issues.?
