2023 toyota tacoma SR V6 4x4 when idling I hear a "chuff" (like its spitting out air) and the idle goes down low, then it chuffs again and it goes back up, it cycles like this, sometimes instead of a chuff it's a mechanical sound, somewhat like a relay switch.
At 14 seconds you can hear the sound.

Is this normal? Just bought this and the dealer is an hour away, wondering if I'm just worried about nothing.

No, that is not normal. Take it in and have them fix it and don't let them give you any BS
