Cold start emission reduction so my car won’t start right up after a couple hours if not driving it’s had a check engine light but went away but the problem still happens the start is very ugly and I always have to give it a second try

Where that code is for a problem and the EGR system so odds are you probably need a new EGR valve. That's the thing that breaks most
