Hello Scotty! I have a 2012 Toyota Camry SE 4 cylinder with a 6 speed automatic transmission with 107k miles. It has recently started shuttering around 40 miles per hour. Apparently torque converter failures are common on these cars but I’ve seen some people say they either put new trans fluid in their or they added some kind of additive to it and the issue went away. Not sure what to do because I don’t want to make the problem worse. What should I do? Thanks !

If your situation allows, you might consider selling it while you can. My personal experience was transmission failure not long after the shudder developed. Good luck.
