Hello everyone,
I bought a lower motor mount for my 2015 Honda Civic and noticed that the soft rubber part on the edges was ripped. Will the holes on the motor mount affect the performance of it or is it normal for the mount to be like that? Here is a link to the image of the motor mount and would be thankful if I can get a response.

It looks to me like flash left over from the mold, the actual support is provided by the thick rubber parts of the mount. (Of course ebay vendors are notorious for selling counterfeit "OEM" parts.)
