Hello, a few months ago I purchased an 06 Lexus LS 430 with the 6 speed automatic transmission for about 7 grand. It has 115k miles. As far as I know the fluid in the transmission has never been changed, It shifts a bit wonky sometimes at low speeds. When shifting between drive, reverse and park I can feel a small clunk. I have seen your videos where you tell your customers that if the fluid has never been changed at 150k miles then to not bother changing it, but I am only at 115k so I am not so sure. What should I do? P.S. this transmission is the sealed one that is supposedly for "Life".
This Toyota driver fixed all his tranny problems by replacing the fluid & filter, at 150k miles.

Eh the A760 isn’t that good of a transmission. On most automatics you just change the fluid and it fixes shifting.
On this one, from dirty oil the solenoids get destroyed and the valve body gets corroded - all of that later destroys the friction packs causing rough shifts around 250k km

If oil won’t help (slightly less then 9L I think) of Toyota ATF WS if I recall correctly) it, it just will need a rebuild.
That’s not the Camry 6 speed that’s the one from the Toyota century and other mostly JDM cars.
I don’t think Scotty says this for everyone:
if the fluid has never been changed at 150k miles then to not bother changing it
