planning to replace upper motor mount on 03 Lexus ES300 and wondering whether to purchase OEM v. non-OEM parts. Any recommendations? Thank you in advance!

Specially for Lexus, you should buy OEM parts.

I replaced the dogbone torque mount on a Toyota Avalon with parts by Beck/Arnley made in Japan.
