Hello! is it possible an engine to burn oil until it reaches the min mark on the dipstick and then to stop burning?

In other words: Is it possible for the engine to burn enough oil so just the tip of the dipstick is wet but then STOP burning oil?
I've never heard of that. Generally, if it's burning it will continue to burn regardless.

Thanks! I know it sounds insanely weird, but I think im experiencing.. no explanation on that..

It will stop burning after all the oil burns out! Top it off on a regular basis.
