Ok I have a Chevy Silverado classic 07 swd what’s the best way to level it out with my back end

there's a few ways
- adjustable spring hangers
- getting your springs re-arched, or just replacing with new.
- add-a-leaf
- air bags
unless you meant bring it down?

Mountainmanjoe has the answer. Easiest way is to get rear spring shackles with several different holes so you can position the rear end height where you want it, higher or lower.
