I purchased a thouroghly used 91 chevy Silverado C1500 with 217,000 miles on it about 2 years ago and have replaced nearly everything. Motor, trans rebuild, front end with front end alignment, but my question is when I am driving from about 15 to 35 miles an hour my truck sways a little and feels like my wheels have turned into squares. Could I have knocked it out of alignment again? Additionally when I am driving I hear a faint ticking noise.... Only happens when I accelerate in gear going down the road, not when idling. It's driving me mad. I assumed my motor mounts might be bad and that could be causing the ticking sound? Spark plugs are new and just replaced the cap and rotor. Sorry for all the questions just been working on it as a project and needed some expert advice. Thanks.
