Hey scotty I'm torn between buying a 2012 honda pilot touring with 100k miles 2 owners no accidents or a 2015 acura mdx sh-awd with 150k miles 1 owner no accidents both closely priced {pear}:nerd: which is the better buy?

Checking out dashboard-light.com shows they are likely comparable based on those years. In '15, the MDX saw a large increase in reliability.

I would go with the Honda personally. Either way though, I would recommend a mechanic inspection before purchase.

You should check both cars to see which one is in a better condition.
