2001 Toyota Sienna 145k
Trying make the best out of my van here
There's a chance the trans fluid hasn't been changed in a few years. Upon looking at tile, last transfer in 2017 was at 143k miles, and recent transfer of 06/22 shows 145k miles.
So ya, is it good sitting that long, hardly been driven if at all, or should I drain and fill?
Sometimes it does shift hard into reverse

Well, it's worth a try! Just make sure to use Toyota transmission fluid and I would change the filter too
