Hi Scotty, 2011 Scion tC 75,800miles. For the longest time my horns didn't work so I got some Hella horns to install. Both work, but when I wired them up I found that only one is working. Both grounds are fine and when I press the steering wheel I can hear the relay click. I then checked to see if the + is getting 12v and only 1 wire is getting 12v the other was only getting millivolts. I was wondering if there is an easy way to fix this without changing a harness? Thanks
Well both horns work on the same power system so the one that doesn't get much voltage give it full voltage with the jumper from the battery and if it doesn't honk replace the horn if it does honk when you hot wire it then just cut the power wire from that and splice it into the power wire of the horn that does work
