What do you think of these cars? are they expensive to maintain or no?
What is your plan for the vehicle? Daily driver, weekend vehicle?
If you don't wreck the heck out of them and burn out the engines they can be reliable little puddle jumpers
I would not recommend any vehicle almost 3 decades old if it intends to be used as a daily driver (regardless of the make or model).
Very rare. Hard to get parts for. They were GM's attempt to make a hot compact.
I personally like them, although I couldn't justify buying one to drive every day.
why are you guys[ not scotty] always down on anybody not able to buy a newer toyota?
give the Geo guy some support. why don't ya?
thanks, people on this site have a big preference for new Toyotas.
With all due respect, that is not an accurate assessment.
To be fair, it is a 3 decade old subcompact Isuzu. Wouldn't recommend a car that you can't get parts for and has most likely been ragged out. I wouldn't recommend a 3 decade old Corolla either for more than a few hundred bucks because those are all in bad shape as well. If you are on a budget, this forum can help accordingly.
Speak for yourself lol. I don't think I've ever recommended someone buy a newer Toyota.
