I got my car checked for my pop when turning wheels while standing or slow rolling and only this seemed to be loose.

are they worn, or need replacement?
They're not loose. Wheels move up and down, as well as side to side, so the tie rods need to be able to move in those directions.
Well basically jacking up pull on it at 3:00 and 9:00 if it clunks back and forth then either the inner or outer tie rods are worn if it's the inner you can grab the tie rod itself and it will move if it's the outer driving a tire rod won't make it move only turning the tire
There is not play that way, but when I turn the wheels slightly from any position while standing or when rolling bellow 3 mph make a snap/cluck noise! No noise going forward even when starting from stopped.
Wheel bearings, I think.
Car is 2020 Civic with 59k! Not sure its bearing considering there is not noise!
